(a) Course Purchases: Refunds for course purchases are available within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the course content has not been substantially accessed or completed. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.

(b) Non-Delivery: If you do not receive access to a course within 48 hours of purchase due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

(a) Course Enrollment: You may cancel your enrollment in a course at any time. If you cancel within 3 days of the course purchase and have not substantially accessed or completed the course content, you are eligible for a full refund. After this initial 3-day period or if substantial access has occurred, refunds may not be available.

(b) Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription services can be canceled at any time. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of that billing cycle.

(c) Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription services can be canceled at any time. If canceled before the end of the current billing period, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

(b) Provide your name, email address, date of purchase, and details regarding the reason for the refund or cancellation request.
